Three engineers and three architects are traveling by train to a conference. At the station, the three engineers each buy tickets and watch as the three architects buy only a single ticket.
"How are three people going to travel on only one ticket?", asked one of the three engineers.
"Watch and you will see," answers one of the architects.
They all board the train. The engineers take their respective seats, but all three architects cram into a restroom and close the door behind them. Shortly after the train departed, the conductor comes around collecting tickets. He knocks on the restroom door and says, "Ticket, please". The door opens just a crack and a single arm emerges with a ticket in hand. The conductor takes it and moves on. The engineers saw this and agreed it was quite a clever idea.
So after the conference, the engineers decide to copy the architects on the return trip and save some money. When they get to the station, they buy a single ticket for the return trip. To their astonishment, the architects don't buy a ticket at all.
"How are you going to travel without a ticket?", asked one perplexed engineer.
"Watch and you will see," says one of the architects.
When they board the train the three engineers cram into the restroom and the three architects cram into another one nearby. The train departs. Shortly afterward, one of the architects leaves his restroom and walks over to the restroom where the engineers are hiding. He knocks on the door and says, "Ticket, please".

Joke # 142 - All Aboard
A man and a woman who had never met before found themselves in the same sleeping compartment of a train. After the initial embarrassment, they both managed to get to sleep; the woman on the top bunk, the man on the lower.
In the middle of the night, the woman leaned over and said, "I'm sorry to bother you but I'm awfully cold and I was wondering if you could possibly pass me another blanket."
The man, with a glint in his eye, responded, "I've got a better idea ... let's pretend we're married."
"Why not?", giggled the woman.
"Good," he said. "Get your own blanket."
